Joondalup Smash Repairs – Insurance Claims

Here is a basic outline of the Insurance Claim Process for vehicle smash repairs. Please note the process can change between different Insurance Companies.

  • If you are a Policy Holder, most Insurer’s will require that you lodge a claim over the phone or online.
  • A Claims Handler will issue a Claim Number, which is very important to the processing of the Repair Authorisation.
  • Joondalup Smash Repairs will put together a comprehensive “Estimate for Repairs” and submit it to your Insurer. Once the assessment is complete and the job authorised, you will be contacted to bring your car in for repairs.

Remember, this is only a guide – always refer to your Insurer’s Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) for further details.
